Wanshang Fitness Center is located at No.22, Shiningshan Road, on the extended-line of Chang’an Avenue of Beijing and the southwestern side of Wanshang Plaza, next to Wanshang Garden Hotel, with a floor area of 20,000 m2, which is the biggest fitness center in the western part of Beijing.
Wanshang Fitness Center boasts a modern structure full of complete facilities with a cosy environment, which has an access to Wanshang Garden Hotel.
Wanshang Fitness Center is divided into four main funcitional areas: the Sports & Training Area, the Body-shaping and Body-built Area, the Recreational Area and the Testing Area for Body Physique. The Sports & Training Area includes four standard tennis courts, a swimming-pool, and a children’s fun pool. The Body-shaping and Body-built Area includes Apparatus and Shaping Fitness. The apparatuses mainly include the electric running-machine, automatic stepper, rowing machine, moving cycle and other training apparatuses for improving strength of different parts of body. And the Body-shaping training includes the healthy ball, the bar exercise, Yoga, the Street Dance, etc,. And Bowling, the Shuffleboard, the Analogue Golf, Archery, Rock Climbing, Military Fun Games, and Facial Beauty and Body-shaping are included in the Recreational Area.
